Emily Brooke Sandor is a professional food, travel, flora, and cookbook photographer based in Los Angeles, California. Although she grew up in Los Angeles, Emily spent every childhood summer visiting family in a small seaside town on Cape Cod, Massachusetts and considers both places home. She is a graduate of both Pasadena's Art Center College of Design (Commercial Photography) and also Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts (Photography and Book Arts). When not behind the lens, Emily enjoys finding interesting plants to grow in her garden (homegrown saffron, anyone?), sewing books by hand (Silverlake Book + Page coming soon), and is an avid and competitive rower.
